RFQ & quotation systems
Structured intake, missing-specification checks, document handling, quote-ready briefs and routing.
We study a company’s workflow, identify the friction and build a focused solution for that specific operating environment — instead of forcing every business into the same product.
Technology is selected only after the workflow is understood. Depending on the problem, the right answer may be an installable desktop application, an internal automation, an AI-assisted workflow or a hybrid system.
Structured intake, missing-specification checks, document handling, quote-ready briefs and routing.
Focused assistants for classification, extraction, summarization, decision support and workflow preparation.
Maintenance triage, project qualification, internal handoffs and task-focused business tools.
Installable software for Windows, with macOS or hybrid delivery when the use case and environment support it.
Structured records, searchable project information, reports, dashboards and controlled exports.
Connections to existing business systems, APIs and services where access, security and technical fit are appropriate.
We do not treat customer evaluation releases as disposable prototypes. Each approved trial is packaged and checked as a controlled software release.
Installer, launch flow, basic onboarding and uninstallation are checked before release.
Core workflows, empty states, expected errors and common edge cases are reviewed before delivery.
When the evaluation ends, licensing affects our application or licensed features — not unrelated customer software or files.
The software should access only the information reasonably required for the agreed workflow.
Customer builds are versioned so fixes and approved updates can be tracked clearly.
Project context, commercial terms and support communication remain documented in writing.
The goal is not to produce the highest number of demos. The goal is to deliver a credible solution that reflects the company’s actual workflow.
Understand the company, the current workflow and where time or consistency is being lost.
Select the right application type and define a focused, measurable scope.
Create the working software with interface, onboarding and licensing appropriate to the use case.
Test critical flows, installation, error states and evaluation expiry before customer delivery.
Where an evaluation is offered, the 15-day period starts from successful activation rather than from the date the proposal email is sent.
A controlled period to evaluate the specific workflow, usability and business fit before paid continuation.
We do not force every company into one fixed plan. Commercial terms can vary by software complexity, deployment model, user count, support scope, operating market and the value of the workflow being improved.

Company-specific terms

License or subscription
Renewal and support depend on the agreed solution scope.
Evaluation software is supplied only where the use case is suitable for a controlled customer trial.
No. The scope and software are selected around the company’s specific problem. Reusable engineering components may be used internally, but the customer workflow is not presented as a generic one-size-fits-all product.
The evaluation license expires. Continued use of the Market Solver application or licensed features requires paid activation under the commercial terms supplied for that company.
No. Licensing is designed to affect our application or licensed functionality. It is not intended to disable unrelated applications, operating systems or customer-owned files.
Not automatically. Material new workflows, integrations or scope changes may require separate estimation and approval.
