Terms of Service

Last updated: August 25, 2026. Project scope, pricing, support, platform requirements and renewal terms may differ by customer and are confirmed in the applicable proposal, license terms or separate agreement.

1. Custom software services

Market Solver AI provides company-specific software, automation and AI-assisted workflow solutions. Features, supported platforms, dependencies and integrations depend on the agreed project scope.

2. 15-day evaluation

Where offered, evaluation software is licensed for 15 days from successful activation. At the end of the evaluation period, the Market Solver application or licensed features may become unavailable until a paid license is activated.

3. Trial expiration boundaries

Evaluation expiry is not intended to disable unrelated software, operating systems, external applications or customer-owned files. Customers remain responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of their own business data.

4. License and permitted use

Software is licensed for the customer, users and use case described in the applicable proposal. Unauthorized resale, redistribution, attempts to bypass licensing controls or reverse engineering may be restricted to the extent permitted by applicable law.

5. Payment and renewal

Paid continuation requires payment according to the company-specific commercial offer. Initial activation, subscription period, renewal, additional development and support scope may be priced separately.

6. Additional development

Material new features, workflows, integrations or changes outside the agreed scope are not automatically included in a standard license or renewal and may require a separate quotation.

7. Third-party dependencies

Some solutions may depend on operating systems, APIs, AI providers, payment services or other third-party systems. Changes, outages or policy restrictions in those services can affect functionality outside our reasonable control.

8. Evaluation suitability

Evaluation software should be assessed in an appropriate controlled environment before being relied on for critical production decisions. Production rollout should follow the acceptance and deployment process agreed for that project.

9. Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for lawful use of the software, appropriate access controls, required permissions for third-party systems, and maintaining backups appropriate to their operating environment.

10. Support

Unless otherwise agreed, support and project communication are primarily handled in writing through the business email thread associated with the customer project.

11. Acceptance

Installing, activating or using an evaluation or licensed release constitutes acceptance of the applicable software terms supplied with that release, subject to any separately signed customer agreement.
